Job Title: Part-Time Staffing Coordinator
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Hours
Location: In Office
Agency: Rebekah Home Care
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Staffing Coordinator to join our team and support our morning operations. This role is essential to ensuring timely and efficient caregiver scheduling, maintaining strong communication with field staff, and supporting quality care delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and match aides to clients based on availability, skills, and location.
- Communicate with caregivers daily to confirm assignments, attendance, and availability.
- Handle last-minute call-outs or shift changes by finding suitable coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of staffing assignments and update schedules in real-time.
- Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to understand client needs and staffing priorities.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, texts, and emails from caregivers and clients during morning hours.
- Provide support with onboarding new caregivers and monitoring compliance with required documentation.
- Support the team with additional administrative or scheduling duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care staffing, scheduling, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Familiarity with HHA Exchange platforms is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time: Monday through Friday, morning hours 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Competitive hourly pay, based on experience.

Job Title: Branding Representative / Field Runner (Full-Time)
Location: The Bronx – Field-Based
Agency: Rebekah Home Care
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Branding Representative / Field Runner to join our team full-time. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being in the field, representing our brand in the community, and playing a key role in patient support and outreach. You’ll be actively involved in community events and assist with NYIA evaluations by visiting patients and gathering required documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and outreach activities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Visit patients in their homes to deliver documents, assist with NYIA evaluation coordination, and ensure timely completion of required forms.
- Assist with patient engagement and follow-ups to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, senior centers, and referral sources.
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and branded materials across assigned territories.
- Provide real-time feedback from the field to the marketing and intake teams.
- Support intake with collection of insurance cards, doctor confirmations, and signatures.
- Act as the face of the agency—professional, friendly, and dependable.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and basic apps for communication and documentation.
- Prior experience in healthcare, home care, or community outreach is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Must be able to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-Time: Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (some flexibility required for events).
- Competitive salary plus potential performance bonuses.
- Mileage reimbursement or travel support provided.
