Michael Felberg Bio

Michael Felberg is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Rebekah Health Links.  In this role, Mr. Felberg oversees the operations of all branches of the campus including: The Rebekah Care Center, Rebekah Assisted Living, The Certified Home Health Program, Licensed Home Care Program, and Senior Housing.  In addition to running the operations, he is also responsible for the financial management and planning of the Campus.

Michael holds a graduate degree in finance and joined Rebekah in 1999 with over 10 years of experience in both hospital and nursing home reimbursement.  He began his career at Gouverneur Hospital DTC, and later served in both budget and reimbursement roles at both New York Presbyterian Hospital and later The Allen Pavilion. 

Fedra Manigaulte Bio

Fedra Manigaulte became Rebekah’s Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in April 2022. She has more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Working with the geriatric population is Fedra’s true passion. Her mission in the organization is to provide residents with an environment of safety, dignity and respect.

Fedra works closely with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to ensure that each resident receives the highest level of care during their stay in the facility.

When Fedra is not her in office you can find her in the units talking to residents or staff members.

Fedra is always keeping up to date with new trends and regulations in order to continue helping the senior population as they go through the many stages of aging.
